Project Management

Project Managers act as a single point of contact for clients requiring more major building works and advise on many aspects including appointment of the design team, programmes, finance and procurement methods. The Project Manager monitors the performance and progress of all parties involved in the project, reports regularly to the client and recommends and initiates corrective action as required.
