Pentarq were architects for this Redevelopment of part of Thomas Telford's 19th century extension to the Royal Burgh. The development of 16 houses and flats, by M M Miller (Wick) Ltd, for Pentland Housing Association is part of the Lower Pulteneytown Townscape Heritage Initiative and incorporates a variety of artworks.
The Telford St Development in Lower Pulteneytown, Wick received a 'Mention' in the 2005 Civic Trust Awards.
It has also been recognised in The Scottish Awards for Quality in Planning 2004 presented by the Scottish Executive in association with The Royal Town Planning Institute in Scotland. The development won the Award for Outstanding Performance and Quality in Development on the Ground.
