Architectural and Quantity Surveying services for a Dental Centre in Stromness which was completed in February 2006.

Client: NHS Highland

Architectural Services for the internal fit-out of an advance office unit for use as a local dental training facility.  The advance office was also designed by Pentarq for the HIE, and this fit-out develops the scheme to a user-based conclusion.
The new unit will be used for final surgical training by senior dental students working under close supervision.  This will provide much needed dental care in Caithness in a new "state of the art" facility.

Client: Highland Council

This facility was in need of extensive upgrading to meet current disabled access requirements and to generally improve the environment for the elderly residents and their carers.  Pentarq were commissioned by the Highland Council as lead designer to implement their requirements, including external access ramps, accessible ensuite facilities throughout, the installation of a sprinkler system and general interior renovation.
