Building Surveys can be required for a number of reasons and can focus on a number of issues . Pentarq have provided advice to clients buying, selling, leasing or carrying out general maintenance. We can advise on the overall condition of a building or focus on particular problems and give advice on repairs. We can also advise on current legislation and the implication it has on building owners and occupants.

It is not uncommon for our clients to instruct us to carryout measured surveys of properties. The need for a measured survey could be to create record drawings, submission along with applications for permissions and consents, and calculating floor areas.

Property Management

Regardless of size a building will always require ongoing maintenance and planning is an essential element of this process. Pentarq can advise on both reactive and planned maintenance issues for any size or number of buildings. Our services can include assessing the condition of buildings, identifying repair and maintenance issues, providing a programme of repairs and overseeing repair works or maintenance contracts.
